There is a lot of confusion with the "Virgina Graeme Baker Act." To add to this confusion there are numerous recalls on the drains! We are taking the extra step to ensure any and all of our Customers affected will be fully compensated for the inconvenience by the manufacturer.

NEW ADA REGULATIONS FOR 2012

November 15, 2011

Starting March 15 of this year, all public swimming pools in the U.S. must be equipped with assisted entry systems. Such pool lifts will be required for all publicly-funded pools, with the minimum requirement being the availability of one assisted entry lift. Pools with a dimension larger than 300' require a second assisted entrance. All ADA complaint swimming pool and spa lifts must follow a stringent set of guidelines in accordance with the 2010 Standards for Accessible Design.
