QAPM is capable of doing most repair and service work in-house, so there isno waiting around for outside subcontractors to fit you in to their schedule. Our company does not assign our lifeguards tasks that are not related to swimmer safety; we leave that job to our trained professionals. “A new generation in quality pool facility management.”QAPM employs American Red Cross lifeguards who have passed the QAPM certification program. This certification must include lifesaving, CPR and First Aid certifications. To insure that our lifeguards not only carry a card that says they are "certified" in lifeguard training, CPR and First Aid and to prove to us that they also possess the mental and physical training and confidence required for the position, we have certified instructors on staff who hold preseason training and skills refresher in-services. Our lifeguards will not be scheduled at the pool side until they complete the requirements built into these training sessions. Each of our lifeguards is required to attend four hours of training each month, keeping their skills and your safety at the highest level. We believe that lifeguards should not only be qualified but also adequately trained. Above all else, safety is our top priority. At all times, we strive to achieve the safest environment for you and the patrons at your facility.
